Community languages school strategic plan.
A cycle of review and change for the long-term improvement of the CLS and its language program.
Community languages action plan.
Shorter term and very specific. Outcomes / objectives have to be clear and are the starting point. Builds in a strong accountability element. The action plan will grow out of and can be used in conjunction with an audit of the school’s needs. Audit+Action Plan
Community languages operational plan.
This is designed to support the management / day to day running of the school. This is very task focused – what has to be done to keep the CLS running – rather than future improvement / change focused.
It is important to use / adapt these so that they work for your own CLS context. How many of these you use, and how (or if) you use them is up to you and the school review team.
